Read thoroughly before booking
*Your hair must be at least 4 inches long in order to be serviced.
*Please ensure that your hair is clean, free of product, detangled and blown out.

*If your hair is not prepared as requested, your appointment
would be CANCELED and deposit forfeited.

*A deposit of 20% is required to secure an appointment , this
goes toward the final cost which must be paid in CASH ONLY after your service is completed
 
If your appointment is canceled at any time before 72 hours of
your appointment you would be refunded half of your deposit.

•Your appointment can only be rescheduled once and within a
month of prior appointment for deposit to be utilized. If an appointment is canceled twice in a row, a new appointment must be made along with a new deposit.

•There is a same day cancellation fee.

•Hair is INCLUDED in cost only colors any color required beside
1B should be indicated once appointment is booked.

Although you may have a scheduled appointment for a specific time due to the nature of the services there can be a wait time though we try to avoid this please plan accordingly
